About Us

The Hub at Hive mission is to provide individuals and families with a safe, welcoming place to call home no strings attached. We understand that many people face overwhelming obstacles when trying to secure stable housing, whether they are seeking a fresh start, escaping domestic violence, or simply striving for a better life.

The Hive was founded to bridge that gap. We offer more than just a bed; we provide a sanctuary where individuals can rest, regroup, and rebuild their lives without the constant fear of losing their place. Our goal is to empower people to become the best versions of themselves by eliminating the stress of housing instability.

Families are especially vulnerable nearly 60,000 families are homeless on any given night, with 83–90% headed by single mothers. Domestic violence also contributes, with one in four homeless women citing it as the immediate cause

Veterans
Over 32,000 veterans experience homelessness, with many living unsheltered. Programs from the VA have helped house tens of thousands, but the need remains high.

Elders
20% of homeless individuals are 55 or older, and nearly half live unsheltered. Fixed incomes, health challenges, and limited resources make finding safe housing especially difficult.

Returning Citizens
Millions face barriers to housing due to prior convictions. These restrictions increase the risk of homelessness, even though most individuals do not reoffend
